With various feature artists and DJs, the headliner and "hostess with the most sets" is Richmond artist YRI, also known as Young Relentless Independent. The name "106 & Broad" serves as a double entendre, paying homage to the late 90's show 106 & Park as well as the the Charged Up Flagship Store located at 106 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA.
